Are airbags the same from 94-04?

Are the driver and passenger airbags the same in 94-04 Mustangs? They look like they are, just want to make sure so I dont waste a lot of money on something I cant use. Also, how can I get the horn to work again after the airbags have been deployed? I could care less if the bags dont work or even if the light is on, I just want to horn to work. Any help appreciated, thanks

They are they same shape. Ford has a different interchange on them through the years but they will all fit. In 99 the plugs became a different shape, but I put 99 bags in my 94. I simply took out the pins, switched the plugs from the blown bags, and installed them with a new 95 module. I had no airbag light. It went off in the first start up of the engine.

I have fixed 11 Mustangs, I have never had to replace a clock spring.

How much are they worth? I don't need the ones in my 99 since it is a track/auto-x car. I might be convinced to pull them for some race tire money LOL.

I have gotten anywhere from 550-750 for a set with module. Obviously the 750 is the 99-04's and the 550 is 94-98 stuff.
