You get what you pay for. Don't know of anyone having success running that TB. I know they had some sticking throttle plates and hanging idle issues. It's a good price but for me I would pass.
1. FMS 65-comes with TPS and IAC
2. BBK 65-transfer your stock TPS and IAC over to this one.
The BBK will obviously be cheaper due to not including the sensors. I've owned 3 BBK's with zero problems. Still the FMS would be #1, if money is tight (as it always is) then go with a BBK.
Thanks Vibrant! I think I will go with the BBK. Should I replace the stock sensors? If so, how much would they cost? My car just turned 100k, do they need replacing?
good choice...The only thing "professional crap" is good for is upsetting your equilibrium...cuz you WILL bitch up a storm when your car does not run right because of there stuff.
I for the time being have the crap TB in question. The only reason I went with it was all the local dealers did not have any other 75mm in stock. I was tinkering with it while we were picking up some other parts, and sure enough the plate stuck wide open when I maxed it out. We switched it for another, but imagine if it was on the car. It's on my first to change-out list when I get to it. So far though no problems with this one.
