are the stock heads the same on all 87-93 5.0's?

I know 86 had different heads...what about 87-93

What he said. They are all E7TE castings. Came from a truck 302 but got different valve springs.

DOH!! Forgot about the '93 Cobra's. They got iron GT40 heads.

Yes....all non-Cobra engine heads were based on the E7TE truck castings (although some early '87 heads were cast as E5TE's)....but they were all the same head. As were the valves and valve springs.
