Petey Ave...I work at a salvage yard.

Get the headlights!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are not available new any more. Not available aftermarket. I bought a right side from another junkyard out of state for 200 dollars shipped. I sold it to my body shop customer for 450 dollars. Insurance okayed it, because they coudln't find one.

Go on e-bay...see for yourself.

Get the airbags, sometimes those are valuable.

yea all parts for that car are out of production pretty much, in order to get any part made specific, a junkyard trip was necessary

Yeah, I thought about getting a SVT Contour a while ago, like a smart person I did research and found out the parts are out of production, and you had to use regular Contour parts. Now the regular parts arent being produced.

The tail lights and gauge cluster might be valuble?

My friend and I put an alternator on a V6 once, and its necessary to take apart some of the suspenson to do so. If its a V6 forget the alternator.

FYI: The Cougar headlights are not discontinued, they are available through Ford. Granted they are expensive, but they are widely available.
