Hi Guys

Looking under me '66 Convert. where the reinforcement pans are.
There are (4) holes on each side of both pans, where you bolt or unbolt the seats.

My question(s)

Are GROMMENTS suppose to be covering those holes YES/

There were no Gromments when I looked.

It seems to me that there should be Gromments covering those holes due to the fact that moisture will get in there and cause RUST. Like I found when I cut away my seat raiser pans, in order to get at those dare broken bolts.

What are the proper names of these Gromments ? So that I may order 'em.

Thanks guys
GOD BLESS YOU ALL

I think they are called floor pan plugs, readily available. You can also buy a kit that has every grommet in the car for less than $15.00 if the others are dryed out or missing.

You talking about the holes that are these so you can access the bolts that hold the seats down? If so, then yeah there are supposed to be grommets.

Like mentioned, buy the kit it's worth it.
