I have some BBK headers with the ceramic coating. The Previous owner of my Cobra put these on and for what ever reason could not get them to seal at the collector, so large amounts of washers were used to get them tight (I am just guessing). Anyway I broke the collector studs trying to get them loose to swap out an h-pipe for one with cats. when I removed them to repair the studs I noticed the collector flanges were bent, not impressed with the quality but no money to replace at the time, I straightened them out and put the headers back on the car and fought the BBk h-pipe to get it on,(again not impressed with quality). Well, I am now getting ready to do a HCI swap on my car and will not be putting on the bbk headers, but question wether thay are a useable part or are the flanges suseptable to bending again?
