are those AOD drain plug kits any good?

If so, which one? Should I just get a new pan and if so, which one?

The Mac pan is a good deal. A trans pan w/drainplug s the way to go. AOD's last a lot longer if you change the fluid more often and a drainplug makes it as easy as changing oil. Plus, the Mac pan, and a lot of other aftermarket pans, hold 2 or 3 extra quarts.
