1968 grille question

this is a wierd question, what is the dimensions of a 67-68 grille, length width and depth, im 300 miles away from mine or i would check, any help is appreciated!

My 68 grille is 42" wide by 9" tall. The top edge is 7/8" deep. From the front to the center of the mounting hole on the 2 outer top brackets is 2". From the front to the center of the 2 inner mounting holes is 1/2".

thank you!, i was going to put an 05 grille in it, the 05 grille is 40 inches long 8 inches tall and 3 inches thick, im going to put a center fog light grille in it somehow, has anyone heard extending an original steel hood to make it fit a shelby nose? brook phillips did it to his pit viper>
