Hey guys, I lost the slip of paper that came with the head bolts from ARP. I was just wondering what is the torque rating on these 1/2" head bolts. I found the torque, but it was if I was gonna be using the ARP lubricant, but i will be using some 30wt engine oil. Thanks for the help. I have AFR head, and they give specs on their site to what torque to use, im not sure who's specs to go by, AFR or ARP, lol.....

Go by afr because arp sets the torque specs as if you were using stock heads. and use 30 wt because the afr moly lube changes the preload I think afr specs are 125 in 3 steps with 30 weight

"Torque to 70ft/lbs. for 7/16" bolts or studs (289 or 302) or 100ft/lbs. for 1/2" bolts or studs (351W) in three or four steps following the factory tightening sequence. Then tighten the long (upper) head bolts or studs 80ft/lbs. (7/16") or 110 ft/lbs. (1/2"). A re-torque is recommended after initial start-up and cool down (allow 2-3 hours for cooling). Sealer should be applied to all head bolts or studs that enter into the blocks water-jacketing system."

This is what the AFR site says for these heads... I guess ill just use this.
