arp head bolt washer - which side is up?

On my ARP head bolt kit (154-3701), which side of the washer goes up and which side contacts the head? I can't find this info anywhere. I'm guessing that the entirely flat side goes against the head, correct???

Chamfered side of the washer faces the bolt head.

If you look closely at the bolts, you'll notice a radius between the bolt head and the shank. This reduces stress on the bolt head and makes it stronger. The chamfer or radius cut in the washer hole mates with the radius on the bolt head to allow the bolt to fit perfectly.
