I have since upgraded my SC setup from a powerdyne to a vortech w. 2.95 pulley. I should see 10 psi (realistically). I have a set of ARP head bolts that have only been torqued down once, bolts have never seen heat (never ran). Reason being: I changed my head gasket to the fel pro 9333 since reading how well they handle boost. A few questions:

A- I should be able to re-use the head bolts without thinking twice...right?

B-Should I opt for head studs instead?

I will be using a brand new set of GT40x 303 64cc heads.

anyone chime in - hopefully I can get some answers soon

a- Arp shows the head bolts are good for 5 times.

b- Head studs are alot better for 10 psi and above. I have the fms X heads with 58cc and 18 #s of boost with the felpro 1011-2 and head studs, 1 year and counting.

I have to vote studs as well. Better/more uniform clamping force, and easier to get good wrench torque number than with bolts. Plus you can use them over more times than bolts.
