Aside from MAC, does anyone make a true bolt on 3" cat back?

Lot's of 3" components available, a Google search should yield many options.

BTW - If you are making less than 450hp I would not consider a 3" exhaust at all.
 
I was going to say same as above unless you plan big hp in the future the 3" is likely to hinder performance rather than improve. A nice mandrel bent 2.5" is all you really need. But there are ones out there, likely pricier but out there. Goodluck .
 
Well, the car made 410RWHP/410RWTQ recently on a Dynojet. The combo is a 10.7:1 compression 347 w/C&L 76mm MAF & elbow, 70mm TB & EGR plate, FMS 30lb injectors, RPM II intake, custom cam w/244/236 duration & .580/.555 lift, 1.6 Pro Magnum RR's, AFR 185's w/polished exhaust ports, BBK 1 3/4" LT's, Dr. Gas 2.5" X, & 2.5" Spintechs dumped.

Also, I may run 42lb injectors & try to fit a 3" MAC Pro-Chamber instead of the Dr. Gas X.
