Assembly of Pro-chamber

How do you assemble the pro-chamber? More specifically, there was a 4 inch metal coupler that came with the system, where does this piece go? Can someone please help..Thank you all for your previous tips.

When you get underneath the car, it'll all make sense to you. It was pretty straight forward for me.

the side with 2 pieces goes under the drivers side. In the middle it connects with the studs and nuts.

the paper gasket is for the passenger side PC to manifold connection, but i would't use it.
