his site seems to be down at the moment, but this is the ultimate fox brake upgrade site: http://svo73mm.cjb.net/
I don't know of any 4 lug rear disk brakes that would work on your car, and all of the 5 lug disk setups I know of require at least a 15" wheel.
Drums really arn't that bad. Just make sure they are adjusted properly and getting sufficent brake fluid. Besides, some 90% of the braking is done by the front brakes, so upgrade those first.

Why would you want to keep your 14" rims anyway? Get a set of 10-holes at the very least, ponies if you can find them, and the car will look and handle much better. Plus, the larger wheels will clear rear discs if you decided to upgrade.

well its gonna be forever and a day till I can get/decide on what rims that I want so I just want to go ahead and swap to rear disk and if I decide to get bigger rims/tires then I can just change out the calaper and the disk to something bigger.

just looking 100 moves ahead.

You're never going to get to 100 without starting at 1, but I do understand what you are saying.
