Hi everybody,
I'd like to buy a locked differantial
I've 65 fastback with 8" rear end.
Which is the best for me?

Like auburn here better. A locker is choppy in slow turns

I have the Tru Track and its hard to tell its there until it works.

TruTrac isn't a locker. They work pretty well! Don't have any first hand experience with the Auburn, so can't comment.

You definitely want the Truetrac for street/track, it's a real solution to a problem. Not the half-hearted old school fix offered by the 100% on/off Locker or maintenance requiring clutch of a Limited Slip type. 100% recommended by personal experience A Locker might make more sense on a drag car however.

Not that I'm hard-core for them, but I rebuilt my T-Loc about 200,000 miles ago, when I bought it used, and it still exceeds torque specs.

Mind, I wouldn't use an Equalock™, not torque sensing and no parts available, unless it was OK and already in the car.

+1 He's exactly right, you don't know it's there until you need it... 100% recommended.
