Has anyone dealt with Auto Battery & Electric in Portland? They quoted me about $130 for a 130 amp 3g alternator, which seems pretty good... I believe it was a rebuilt unit but it looked like a high quality piece as far as I could tell. Anyone know if their alternators are any good?
I was also considering going with a low mileage used alt to save some cash... anyone know if they any part recyclers in the Portland area that either test their parts or at least have a good warranty/replacement policy? If I go used I would definately want to make sure it is actually a low milage unit that works properly...
