If you talk to silverfox at click click racing forums he will hook you up with the valvebody for any application you want.
The lockup or non-lock is your choice, your stock AOD is a lockup meaning 3rd and o/d the convertor locks up for 1 to 1 like direct drive.
So if you want to keep the rpm`s down on the freeway and retain some gas mileage or run say 4.10`s stay lockup with 2800 to 3200 stall.
With 3.73`s some cam for good 6k to 6200 power you could go nonlock with say 3000-3200 stall and not run out of rpm`s at the finish line.
