Auto guys...suggestions?

If you talk to silverfox at click click racing forums he will hook you up with the valvebody for any application you want.
The lockup or non-lock is your choice, your stock AOD is a lockup meaning 3rd and o/d the convertor locks up for 1 to 1 like direct drive.
So if you want to keep the rpm`s down on the freeway and retain some gas mileage or run say 4.10`s stay lockup with 2800 to 3200 stall.
With 3.73`s some cam for good 6k to 6200 power you could go nonlock with say 3000-3200 stall and not run out of rpm`s at the finish line.

Well I had my 89 setup as non lock 2500 stall with 3.73`s and bolt on`s with small cam (crower 15511) had one of those p o s chinese intakes and it ran best of 13.27/ best mph 104 with bfg r/ta street tires. My shift light would come on at around the 1000' mark and the engine just did`nt have the rpm`s needed to pull all the way across the line.
Now if I would have had the lock up convertor I would not have ran out of my power range in 3rd but when going from 2nd to 3rd the rpm`s would have dropped more, bogging the engine down a little.
My car need a bigger cam but then it would not have passed emissions.
So I bought an 80 put on the 85 gt front and rear (for looks) and then sold the 89 gt, no more emisions no more electronic crap.
