auto shift hadle removal

until i change out my auto shifter i am going to swap the shift handle . how do i remove the shift handle ?

set screw? thats the way my 69 was, they are a few years apart though.

Push in the button, pull up HARD

Yeah, really hard. And make sure you keep your face away...my friend punched himself in the face hard. So be careful.
