My car has 55,000 miles and i know i should change the tranny fluid but is doing 5 quarts through the pan enough? should i do it again in a couple of weeks or is the flush worth it? What do you guys do and when?
You should really find a shop that has a tranny flush machine. If you drop the pan about all you will be changing is around 4 qts. At the dealership I work at we use a BG trans flush machine, works very well.
