Autometer Electric Fuel Press ???

My electric autometer fuel pressure needle gauge bounces when I give it gas. It fluctuates from different psi. Is this normal? Almost like a boost gauge. Any idea of what could be wrong?

thanks for the help. i never had the electric version. will be posting dyno numbers in the next few days.

mine does the exact same. mine bounces around at idle whether or not i hit the gas. I asked my shop that did the install and they said its normal because we have a returnless style fuel setup

this is good to know. I didn't think it did that on my 90 though. Oh well I will get use to it.

What psi's are you seeing. At WOT, I'm right around 45psi, and idle and cruise, it's right around 22psi.
