What the hell? Does that thing have lift springs on it? Before I scrolled down, I assumed that it didn't have an engine in it.

I don't understand why he has filters in the fog lights, but that dice key chain is a big selling point for me

Something like that would only make sense if the car was carbed and running a duel snorkel breather. On that setup, from the factory there are two tubes that go down inside the fenders and exit out right behind the fascia, and with a little dryer duct you could connect them to filters like that. I bet those aren't even being used on that car.

Does it have a lift kit? Why is it so high? Like mentioned I didn't think there was drivetrain with it sitting that high.

It's on jack stands where it should sit forever.

Ok, I see something blue under it. Can someone go beat the owner up please.

I've seen turbo inlets in the fog light holes before but never seen air filters for a stock motor.

I agree. Seems to me the only reason for the air filter in the left fog light hole is so it does not look stupid.
