I have a 95 ranger with 18x9 chrome bullits with 235/40s. Can i swap axles and front rotors from the truck to 90 lx . I had to get 1 inch spacers to make the wheels fit the ranger cuz of the dust cap & center cap. I like the deep dish look & wanted to get the 17x10 sc wheels on the rear but im not beatin in my rear inner quarters to make them fit. Maybe a bigger tire if they fit 235 a little small for stang i think.

you can only use the driver-side ranger axle i believe....youll need one more of those....the rest should be fine. You can also use a passenger side Aerostar axle..

somebody correct me if i have my DS/PS specification mixed up

that also means you cant really put the stang stuff on the truck....unless theres a longer 4-lug axle off some other car for the passenger side of the Ranger....

I think thats where im going to get it . Thats where i bought almost everything else . The UPS man has been here atleast twice a week for the last 3 months while the car was gettin painted.

i just think its easier that way..u get it all in 1 shot and ur not hunting down parts from junk cars. yeah it prob cost more money for the kit but its worth it in my eyes....most people would tell u get junk parts

I agree somwhat.

When i originally did the 5-lug drum conversion of my car way back when, i bought the Ford racing kit for $180.

People said i should have gone to the junkyard.

I did...they wanted $75 per axle and each of the rangers there had at least 100K on it. After i had bought drums it would have been $200+

So for $180, i got brand new stuff and didn't have to get dirty doing it

the kit is a little more, but you get EVERYTHING....seals bearings lube and all shipped to your door. Not to mention BRAND NEW parts..

ive had it on mine for over 2 years and it been great. Im especially amazed at how good the rotors have been quality wise :nice:
