Does anyone have the B and M shifter for thier aod, and if so how hard is the install, and does this shifter allow u to shift through all the gears ex 1,2,3,4(od)
I dont own the shifter but am planning on getting one. Anyways it will not allow you to shift through the gears; to be ble to do that you need to get an updated valvebody. Lentech and Performance Automatics both make them. If you have alot of AOD questions check out clickclickracing.com; they are a site devoted to AOD Mustangs.
Edit: Both companies listed above make different level valvebodies depending on application that will still retain automatic features
