first off I think that the regular trick shift is only equal to type F for automatics.
If you are willing to use b&m's stuff on you manual I believe you need to use the synthectic blend,which is like 6$ a bottle and will need about 5-6 bottles. but now that I think about it that is why you put it at the end of your post. Sorry.
I have only ever used the syncomax from royal purple in the manuals and love it.
I have and do use the b&m trick shift in my 727 for my 71 dart, and have use it in the past in my mustangs AOD. just never in a manual.
