cranked her up and got straight on it with out allowing her to warm up. stopped for traffic then went to get on it again and she stumbled/hesitated, almost like she was flooding. backed off then tried again, same thing. tried a third time and she went but choked and sputtered for a second or to even then. anybody else had this? only 30k miles on her. was quite cold for this area. any input?

by 'got right on it' i meant simply got on my way. short trot (less then 75 yrds) from my drive way to the stop so never went beyond 40% throttle. leaveing the stop i went likely 20 to 30% throttle. still to much? i have no mods save cats , mufflers, k&n fipk and i dont drive her hard most of the time. i understand the long term need to allow for a full warm to operating temp but my understanding is that unlike older models most modern cars do not need to be allowed warm up to perform well under normal cirumstances. not true?

Re:

Mine does that when cold too. Backing out of my garage and down the
driveway is fine. It has not come off high idle yet. But trying to give
it some gas to go up the street it will stumble a bit when very cold out.
At the stop sign at the top of the street I really have to feather the gas
to get going. It coughs but will go after a bit. Once warmed up, even
just a bit all is fine. It runs great except for those cold days.
