Well, you also had a suspected bad mc...so who knows what that did for the feel.

true. however, the pedal is for certain softer. cause the bad mc consistantly got worse, pedal feel never changed.. it just dropped further and further.

Do you plan on opening up the 93 cobra mc to see if there was a bad seal?

Oh MY GOD the 94gt MC is stiff... well with a stock 87 booster anyway....

Oh well. Gonna upgrade the booster sooner or later since my OE looks ratty. Same kinda feel on mine, about a 1/4 of good ol' spongy (probably lack of bleeding on the brakes still) and then BAM stiff brakes. ( I even followed all of the directions that came with my 3-2port conversion kit, and bench bled the MC.

hmmmm... my pedal is nowhere near my definition of "stiff". not even firm.

i'm gonna start at the MC and go around the car again to see if there is any air. the brake's just seem to lack the stopping power. i mean i have cobra brakes with hawk pads, ss lines and s/d rotors. the car is sub-3k pounds. it should STOP and it doesn't feel like it does.

my "bench bleed" of the master consisted of building pressure at the pedal, then cracking one side of the line. i got alot of air out, so it seemed to work just fine.

i guess ill just go back over it once more later. the only problem is i only have my gf now to do the leg work lol.
