I would put another known good (diagnostic) gauge on it and see what happens. Does your current gauge bleed pressure down after some time or does it always read 10 PSI?

Good luck.

That can be normal after the car shuts off. But once the key is primed, the pressure should get back up to 30+ PSI and it should be 30+ PSI while cranking.
If you think it is the FPR, one can use a fuel crimp tool to CAREFULLY crimp the return line. If pressure goes up, that suggests the FPR is passing too much gas. If pressure does not go up, there is a pump issue. I will also note that a weak check-valve in the pump can cause pressure to bleed off quickly after you shut the car off.

Good luck.

If you dont want to install another gauge, I would probe the FP relay terminals and make sure you have everything (key on and priming: 3 wires show 12 volts, one shows ground). You can also use the self-test connector to jump the FP to run continuously with the key on (for diagnostics only).

If you jarred the car at all, make sure the inertia switch did not trip.

Good luck.
