Right before I come to a complete stop and the front of the car dips down, one of the front left suspension parts (spring or strut I believe) will make a pretty loud "click" noise about 3 consecutive times, and repeat as the front rises again and the car comes to a stop. It also happen when the car is rolling backwards and i hit the brakes and when the front rises it makes one "click" noise. I was thinking it could be my springs because I dont have isolators on them, but dont see how the noise could come from that. Ive heard from a few people it could be my stock strut thats making the noise because I have lowering springs. The car has 120,000 miles and has had aftermarket springs for the last 3,000 miles or so. Please let me know what you think. Thanks alot

Check your ball joints, get the car lifted and move the wheel from side to side. Sounds like your ball joints are almost completely shot.

+1 Ball Joints

Also check tie rod ends. I swapped my LCAs for Cobra A-arms and added Eibach pro kit coil springs a few months ago and the car handles much better now. The Cobra arms come with stiffer ball joints and bushings.

Check for missing rattle clips on brake pads.

Yep, I'm lacking ati-rattle clips, and my brake pads would click once at a heavy stop.

Control arm bushings... have someone watch the front wheels while breaking to a full stop to see if they move back...
