Parked my mustang GT and now it's dead as a doornail. Tried jumper cables, nothing. Would that lead to the Starter, relay, or Alternator? No lights or anything, all wires are tight, nothings changed.

At least remove the battery and have a local auto parts place test it. If that’s good, I would verify the battery connections by cleaning them to a bright finish and then reinstall. If that’s all good, you might have a failed ignition switch., but you say no lights? Does the horn work? Maybe a fusable link has failed? I’m sure others will chime in with help.

Have you ever done the ignition module/box on the steering column. It might be something to look into. I don't know the exact name for it, but they almost all go bad on our cars at one time in the cars life. Just be careful because a lot of power runs through it.

Have you used a multi meter or even a test light to start at the battery and work towards the starter solenoid on the inner fender so see where the voltage gets to and then stops? You may have a bad ground. Voltage drop test will do a lot of good as well.
