Could be your front struts, springs, spring mounts, sway bar, balljoints, rack and pinion, power steering pump, ect.. Alot of factors to rule out here... Mine seems to be just about everything is worn out after 160k miles...
When you feel every bump in the road, it's time to change your shocks/struts. Especially if you have a lot of miles on your Stang. Is everything stock??? Meaning your suspension. Sorry I don't remember is you said you had performance shocks/struts.
Don't even know if it's the original one.. but the car seems lowered a little.. the car have 114k miles on it, and when I hit a bump on the road, it makes a noise like "clock" in the front...
