Don't know if it's the driveshaft or something in the clutch but around 2500 rpm hard vibration and a noise clangy type. Trow it in neutral it does it still but sitting and idling revving it up does not do it..any hints or any input greatly appreciated. Oh recently rebuilt t5 just put a bell housing this past weekend.. the vibration is at it's worst on deceleration as in putting in neutral

Get your u joints replaced and drive shaft balanced. Thats the first place I would start, actually, I would have had the drive shaft done when I put the rebuilt t5 in.

Also don't know if this relevant to the problem but it's acts sluggish the engine revs up fine but it's slow to pick up speed like something is dragging behind car

Like I say the engine revs up and runs fine no skips. It's struggling to go something in the drivetrain

That may be relevant. Kinda like 'why does my tire keep going flat? Oh btw, there is a couple nails in it.'
Does the car roll easily in neutral?
Jack the back up and spin the wheels with the trans in gear and the clutch pedal pushed down, does it spin freely? Hear any funny noises?

It was kind of hard to spin while I was turning the driveshaft to tighten the bolts in neutral
