Anyone here have the stainless steel Bassani offroad X pipe? I need to know if it has the place for the EGR pipe to hook to.
I got my new FMS ceramic shortys on yesterday in under 4 hours but my Mac offroad h pipe leaks at the collectors. Hopefully the Bassani will cure that problem.

AFAIK Bassani doens't make one for longtube headers. Lots of guys run LT's so they don't run Bassani.

I think you're confusing the egr pipe with the air pump pipe. Your EGR tube connects to the passenger side header, you probably have that all hooked up by now. Offroad pipes don't usually have the provisions for the air pipe (its essentially useless) and therefore that tube does not get connected. Now's your chance to get rid of your smog pump stuff and clean up a bit under the hood.

I'm pretty sure Bassani has the air tube, my Mac (o/r) came with the air tube.

Yeah, I have the Mac (o/r) h on it now. I know both it and the Mac Prochamber both have a place for the air tube.
Since the Mac unequal shorties I just replaced are direct replacements for the stock ones and they sealed to the Mac (o/r) h you'd think the FRPP ceramic unequal shorties would seal to it too. All I can figure is maybe it is an age problem. I think I am going to jack it back up today and loosen both sides and try once more to get it to seal.
I'd still like to hear from someone with a Bassani midpipe. I don't think I am ready to remove the airpump.

I have a bassani o/r x and it has the provision for the smog pump tube. My BBK shorty headers have the provision for the EGR tube.

You will LOVE the sound!!! Great decision.

yeah my bassani catted pipe(R.I.P.).. has it and my buddies off road bassani has it as well..great sounding pipe...by the way if anyone reading this has a catted (i hate CA) x pipe they want to sell message me..
