I already Have the battery relocated and wired up too the switch. Everything works fine except when the car is running and i hit the switch the car keeps running. I did a search and found that i need to wire the alt wire to the postitive side of the switch. For right now is it safe with the wire from the swtich coming up to the soleniod and not having the alt wire wired to the back where the switch is. Also is my battery still getting charged wired like this i plan to change it but if i dont have to right now i wont.

Thanks for the info.

As long as the alternator is connected to the solenoid and the POS battery cable is connected to the solenoid also then yes. You can check by checking battery voltage while not running then start the car and it should be at least 13v or higher if you have a better than stock Alt.
