I've noticed recently that, when downshifting or during low rpm's, my battery light will occasionally flicker. I have both a brand new battery and a new 130 amp alternator. Any ideas as to why this would happen? The car starts and runs with generally no problems.

Loose wire?
Loose connector?
Bad ground?
Full moon?
