BBK 70mm TB, should I buy from Ebay/Classifieds, or New?

I found a used TB for $70.00 the new ones are a little more than that.

Should I just save my money, and get the new one, or get something like this...

If you want bbk the one on ebay looks pretty good, just remember you should upgrade the spacer also. I got an accufab 70MM to replace my professional products tb, and the difference is NIGHT and DAY. If money permits get an accufab, theres no whissling and no sticking.
