I've got a set of bbk long tubes at my mother in laws house and I am wondering if they are worth putting on. I am wondering if they make the power people say they do. I am tempted to sell them for some kooks or slp's what do you guys think? Anyone have them dyno'd? I have the matching H pipe (off road). I went crazy ordering s h i t in Iraq before I did my research.

I had them on my GT, and they were great. I heard to stay away from kooks because of the collectors rusting on. I am going to bite the bullit and get SLP's I guess.

54life - I say go for it.
I've had mine since April (accompanied w/the BBK O/R Xpipe) and have been very pleased.

Sorry, but I don't have any dyno before/after #s.

- on another topic (assumming you're in the service) reading you were in Iraq - thank you

i'd suggest going with the hooker LTs, because u can change out ur clutch without removing ur headers which is a PITA.

My friend had the BBK's for his Mach1 and he sold them, at a loss obviously bec of the kink that they all came with. IMO I would find a set without a kink. It may just be a minimal difference, but for me every extra ponie counts ... I'm also really anal about having things perfect. LOL

I had them on my 01 Cobra and I installed a set on a buddies 03 Cobra. Water from the AC will rust the crap out of the passenger side no matter the coating. I'm about to swap out the JBA headers on my 03 and I'm going Kook's stainless steel.
