Best friend has JBA LT's and O/R H-pipe running through the stock mufflers and there is absolutely zero drone and it's quiet as can be when just cruising. Now when he steps on it...that's a different story.

Thats what I am looking for.. just dont want to pay JBA's prices... now I just need someone to give me an idea on the BBK ones... quality, fit, install (was it a complete PITA or just a small PITA)...the normal home install concerns...

That's the key for me, on any of the LTs, not just BBKs. I put a set of LTs on my 67 in a hour and took my time, one of the easiest jobs I can think of. I just look at the engine compartment on the 05 and freak out at the prospect of wrestling a set into the cracks...shudder.

Here is the sound of my car with no mufflers and my friends car with mufflers. Should give you a pretty good idea of what it will sound like.

Thanks for the info... time to look for a good deal... and price the install.... not sure I want to be laying on my back fighting with the LT's by myself....since I doubt the GF will want to help.
