I installed my BBK longtubes this weekend and cannot get the tube that goes from the headers to the EGR to fit...what can I do to get it to work? I dont think I can bend it. Can I cut it and just use a tube to attach the two halves? What kind of tube can I use that wont melt?

You can stretch it out a little, I clamped mine in the vice grips and just tugged a little

i used fox body headers on my car so there was no egr bung to conect the tube to. had to get welded in from the stock headers and we made a tube from copper tubing to go over from the egr then down to the egr bung on the headers. had flare out each end and that was a pain but it works perfectly with no leaks at all

I bought some 5/8 npt pipe caps at Lowes and blocked mine off at the EGR and the header, No CEL to this date for doing so either.

You can bend it, and stretch it, but you have to work at it a bit. Just try not to render it unusable, because Ford charges a mint for those.
