heres a new set of steel underdrive pullys on e-bay for sale click on link below . from summit they cost $92.88 + $9.50 handling fee. aluminum bbk underdrive pullies from summit run $113.88 + $9.50 handling fee. i have the steel underdrive pullys i have not had any problems so far i would recomend them....they claim to give 10-15 horse power...
I run the BBK's. I felt a slight difference, mostly at the top end. The only problem I had is that my stock belt (and even stock belt length) didn't work. Do a search to see what length I ended up using.
The quality is good and they bolted right on. i do get the voltage drop at idle but as soon as the RPMs come p jsut a hair it is fine. I haven't had a problem in the year I have had them on and for 11 months of that I had a battery that barely cranked the car to start it...
i dont know man i went from running a consistence three runs at 15.9 with same 2.3ish 60 foot to running 15.0 flat my first try after putting on pulleys and x pipe, i was quite suprised myself
i put x pipe on first, couldnt really feel a differnce
but pulleys i could def feel a bit up top but a whole 0.9 suprised me =O
and i think I got high 14s in it =) and btw this is with a crappy AODE will be swaping to T5 soon so I hope for mid 14s
