Belt Install On Vorteched Car

Has anyone done a belt replacement on a 99+ car with a Vortech supercharger?
I'm going to be replacing a pulley so I thought I might as well replace the belt. I know you have to take the whole unit off but does anyone have awrite up or any tips?

I started to put mine on per the instructions in the manual (found HERE). Once I got the belt routed around all of the "upper" pulleys (the idlers, supercharger, and alternator), I made sure it was routed around all of the other engine accessories and crank MINUS the water pump. The instructions say to then simply loop the belt over the water pump pulley...but the massive lip on the thing makes it sorta hard...

So...what I did was ditch the instructions at that point and take the belt OFF the alternator and put it ON the water pump - next I got under the ar and pushed on the factory tensioner with a 1"x32" wooden dowel (any long poking instrument should work  given that it fits between the supercharger bracket and tensioner of course) while a buddy slipped the belt over the alt pulley. Looking back if I hadn't had my friend there to help I would have routed all of the pulleys except the power steering pump (no lip on this pulley!) seeing as it's in reach when moving the tensioner.
