Ok when i installed the vortech supercharger on my car the accesory belt comes off when i get on it. I have the fms kit that puts the powersteering pump where the a/c is, since i have no a/c. I put the smaller cobra pulley on it and the a bigger power steering pump pulley on so the the belt would not rub against itself. The belt looks inline my be the powersteering pullie could not be pressed on all the way. What could it be? has anyone else had this problem after a supercharger install?

Have you tried revving up the engine while it's sitting still and looking to see if you can see any flex or maybe tell what is causing it? I would suggest using a straight edge to see if all the pulley's are in line. It won't take much to make the belt run off. Hope this helps
