Belt Length, No Ac No Smog

Trying to figure out the length belt I need? Ordered the 72 inch one from lmr for no ac or smog and it is too big. I have march pullies, with the adjustable rod for the alternator and maxed out it is still too big. Anyone know what size to run?

You can use a piece of rope or string just adjust the alt to mid point in the ajustment and put the rope/string around the pullies then measure the rope/string, maybe go a 1/2 inch shorter.

Your going to have to string it. Far too many variations in pulley sizes and combos to know what will work for you.

Run a string around, measure it, and then buy a few belts in the same range and test fit.

Looks to be 61 inches.

Well if anyone needs a belt that's around 61-62 inches with a adjustable alternator rod get one from a 2003 Chevy tracker with no ac haha it's 61 1/2 inches
