Bent spark plug yikes

I just took my spark plug off of my number 2 cylinder and the spark plug was bent. FUBAR Freaked Up Beyond All Repair. Has anyone ever heared of this?

What does it look like? Does it look like it's been pounded with something, or is the just burnt off?
