Hey guys, I need to order a set of caster/camber plates for my car. The car is a street/strip car and will be beat on. I was wondering if anybody had coilovers on the front of their fox body and had any tips on install and what plates to get.

Reference to the coilovers I know that all the weight of the front of the car will be resting on the plates so i want the best. I have strange 10way struts, strange coliover sleeves and QA1 coilover shock. I have looked at QA1c/c plates and maximum motorsport plates is what im leaning toward. Each company has several plates so a part number or model number would help so i can look at them. Thanks in advance

I also have read that you want steel plates over aluminum reference to coilovers. Does it matter as long as it's a good set of plates

MM. Stay away from aluminum ones. A nice pot hole will turn them into twisted up modern art.

i dont understand this logic, my aluminum CC plates have a steel plate that goes under the strut tower and the parts are only as strong as what its connecting to which is just thin steel
