I have a 1970 Mach 1. Looking to get rid of the stock steering and upgrade to a rack and pinion. What in your opinion is the best choice? Theres so many I have no idea. Looking for something that's straight forward to install with no major modification.
i'm just getting started trying to figure out everything for a complete front end rebuild on a '68 289 convertible. does replacing the steering box help with a '68 also?
Yes ,but it isn't actually the box that has the slop .It is the power ram and valve assembly .replacing the box and ram with the borgeson box does away with the ram and the valve ...and the steering slop .
