Best gears for an AOD

My car is an automatic with 327 gears - just to clarify (you had sticks) - what you are saying is the 410s will actually put less stress on trans because it takes some pressure off the trans doing the work of moving the car from stop ?

Yes that's correct though better torque manipulation/advantage.

Had a 93 LX 4cyl with them behind an AOD.
