I have the R hood from Ford, fit and finish are perfect since its an OEM hood from a 95Cobra R. I really like the added height of the cowl on RR hood but wouldn't trust the quality of most of the companies selling it. Either buy your hood from Ford or a reputable company like Cervini. If you buy from Ford you can pick it up at the dealer and not have the UPS guy slamming it around your house. If it shows up at Ford damaged, they will order another.

Kaenens is another little known (around here anyway) company that makes good stuff. Their web-site is under construction though, and I have no idea where you could view their inventory.

I only paid $80 dollars including paint and install
These cars had a recall for hood issues and mine was replaced under the recall but i asked if i could upgrade instead of getting another stocker...they said ok if i paid the cost difference which was a whopping $80 dollars.

Better than the Cobra R because it is functional... you can see the heat venting out... but its not like screaming in your face.
