what are the best lower control arms as far as bang for the buck goes? should i get adjustables?

seems as most go with steeda hardcore stuff. beyond that i am no help

are they the adjustable control arms...how much are they and does it come in a kit with the upper control arms....who is a steeda hardcore seller? I was wanting to know pretty soon because partshopper is having a 10% of sale until sunday

I have the Maximum Motorsport drag race solid lowers on my car and they work great. Of course, these are rather expensive. On a budget, I'de say Steeda, UPR, or HPM are probably your best bet. As for adjustability, you don't really need adjustable lowers unless if you're building an all out race track car. Adjustable uppers though is another story.

I know you can buy Steeda parts of any kind direct from Steeda but they are rather pricey. Might want to do an internet search on Steeda parts.

I got MAC rear lowers... I am highly pleased they were used and i only paid like 120 shipped... If you change uppers change the bushing too... There has been many threads about it...

Im planning on getting the Steeda aluminum lca's. I dont need adjustable because my car is a daily driver and I dont go to the track that often. Hopefully these things will help a little with my 60' times!

it doesnt matter where you order Steeda parts from they will all be identical whether you buy them from Steeda or anywhere else. In order for any company to sell Steeda they have to sell at the set price that Steeda comes up with or they are not allowed to sell Steeda items anymore

Steeda Control Arms have 3 or 4 part bushings (depending on the model/type) that are far superior to any others out there, period. You get what you pay for. There are other excellent ones out there, but Steeda is the best. Again, you get what you pay for. Ck out www.steeda.com for more detailed info.

steeda sells regular control arms and then aluminium ones with jackers. What is the advantage to having jackers?

Maximum Motorsports with Spherical bushings on both sides. If you really want to notice a difference, and want minimal noise, get them.

Steeda hardcores are nice lowers but Metco lowers are the best.

They are supposed to be modeled after the maximum motorsports control arms. The only down side to them is that they are not offered with sperical bushings on both sides, which is really what you are looking for if you want hardcore lcas. I have been talking with m.m. about what would be best with my application and that is what they told me, but I didn't really want to spend an extra two hundred dollars so I went with the street/strip lcas from Pro3i.

changing the lca's dont cause a cricket suspension do they? It is my daily driver so i want to maintain a decent ride

I have Steeda aluminum lca's. My car really hooks up. I didn't buy the adjustable lca's because I didn't think that I would use the different settings.

from my conversations with Matt from Maximum Motorsports, they do make a little noise but with any exhaust work they shouldn't be noticable. He told me that in his car you have to be sitting in the back seat to hear any noise from them.
