I'm not looking for any super high flow pumps or anything, just a good stock replacement. Any suggestions for ones that are better quality than others? My pump is getting really loud and its probably on its way out.

The stock one works, but it's LOUD like whining like a bitch. I probably won't replace it until it actually fails just because of money, but i'd like to be somewhat prepared so I can get the right one fast when I need it. Is there a good place to order the pumps from or is it just a dealership type thing? Also, its a 96' GT, are all the pumps the same for the 4.6's anyways?

sorry, me too. I assumed you were returnless. You still have many options and not that expensive. You can replace with a stock or upgrade depending on what you will do in the near future. If you will remain mostly a bolton car, then go with stock.

Well, if the mods are kept minimal, feel free to drop in a 110, 155, 190 or a 255lph. Any one will suit your needs, but if forced induction is ever in the cards, you're going to need at least the 190lph to fill your needs.

I've had a Walbro 255 in my Roush for a couple of years with no problems at all. The only time I really hear it is right before I start the car, other than that, not very whiney at all. :)
