I am running 275/40/R17s Nitto drag radials on the back - excellent street tire. They do just fine in the wet - much better than I expected. Excellent grip in the dry on the street. For drag racing, the BFGs probably wil hook better, but they won't last as long, and arenot a great tire in the rain. I don't see anything else out there that is a better all around street tire that can hook. I had a set of Falkens on before, and in the wet or dry, I did nothing but spin - car is putting down 340/350 rwhp/rwtq.
My next set of tires on the 90 will be BFG KD's. They'll be over 900 bucks for a set (not installed) but probably the best street legal tire for the curves.
